​PAYMENT All clients must keep a valid card on file to reserve an appointment. Full payment is not required beforehand. We accept Cash, Credit, Debit, Zelle, and Venmo. No refunds once payment is rendered. ​ GUEST Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property for the duration of the visit. ​ LATE ARRIVAL Arriving 10+ minutes late will be considered a no-show if time does not permit accommodating you same day. ​ CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, as well as same-day booking cancellations, incur a 25% fee. No call / no shows will no longer be able to book.
